Parsons is probably going to want to be the league's highest-paid non-quarterback whenever he does get his big extension, and right now that distinction belongs to Vikings receiverat $35 million per year. If Parsons puts up an 18- or 20-sack season, it's only going to get more costly to sign him. And keep in mind that if the salary cap keeps going up, other players will be signing big deals in the meantime.
