A federal judge has partially dismissed a lawsuit filed by actor Anthony Rapp related to sexual-misconduct allegations he made against “House of Cards” star Kevin Spacey
.
U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan on Monday threw out Mr. Rapp’s claim of intentional infliction of emotional distress. Judge Kaplan permitted Mr. Rapp’s claim of battery to move forward.

Kevin Spacey will testify in sex abuse trialNEW YORK (Reuters) -Kevin Spacey is expected to testify in his own defense later on Monday in a civil lawsuit accusing the Oscar-winning actor of making an unwanted sexual advance on a 14-year-old boy in 1986.
