A federal judge has denied a request from Steve Bannon to stay out of prison while he appealed his case. In a document released on Friday in the case of Bannon, Stephen K. V. United States, a judge wrote in a one page order,"The application for release pending appeal presented to The Chief Justice and by him referred to the Court is denied."
