Both are allowed to work in the Delaware County Courthouse, although Schuck is on a voluntary leave of absence to deal with his legal issues.In November, the woman came forward with an accusation that Schuck sexually assaulted her in his chambers, then harassed her with. Schuck’s attorney denied that in a court filing, saying it was an automated message from the platform, not from the judge. By consenting to the order, Schuck won't need to be in court for the full hearing next week, which his lawyer characterized as unnecessary because his client "has no desire or intention to have any contact with the Petitioner. He was more than ready to agree to that and reduce it to writing."
