According to the incident report from the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, five men were waiting in a car in the drive-thru line at the McDonald’s on Town Center Parkway when they noticed a man dressed in a black hoodie standing in the bushes.According to the incident report, the men inside the vehicle became nervous, did not place an order and attempted to drive away.
