“I request the prosecution to provide the charge sheet and relevant documents on my client’s case to enable us to submit the representation. Following which, deputy public prosecutor Nurilya Ellyna Nor Azmal told the court that the prosecution would hand over the documents today.Also present in court today was National Press Club president Ahirudin Attan.She was charged with knowingly making the statements about the virus with an intention to cause fear or alarm to the public or any section of the public.
