Fiordalicia Leclerc conquered her fear of flying and to see her son pitch in the World Series.

Fiordalicia couldn’t take her eyes off the small phone screen to watch the heroic acts of the Rangers at Globe Life Field.“I prayed the Lord to guide them, to enlighten them to win the game, and by the grace of the Lord, it was so,” Fiordalicia said.After scoring the victory in Game 1 and shaking off the adrenaline of one of the most emotional games in the recent history of the Rangers, José left the stadium, heading to the airport to pick up his mother and his two sisters.
To appreciate the good moment he is enjoying now, José had to overcome a negative streak in the regular season that led him to lose his position as closer and be relegated to pitching meaningless innings.
