The morning’s hearing was pushed back until after lunchtime when Judge Michael Gaffey will likely schedule a new sentencing date. At least one issue pertains to the case’s Molineux evidence — a previous history of alleged bad acts related to the case — which Majors is fighting to keep permanently under seal, according to Several media outlets filed a letter to the court in December arguing for the unsealing of the Molineux evidence, whichthat unsealing the “unproven allegations” would cause “significant concrete harm” because “the media has already demonstrated that it has a near-insatiable appetite for salacious gossip concerning Mr. Majors.” star was found guilty in December of the misdemeanor charge of reckless assault in the third degree and a harassment violation following his high-profile domestic violence case with his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari.
