Jon Stewart, host of “The Daily Show,” on Monday described the recent presidential election as a rejection of the nation’s current government and called for major reform.
The election that we just had was a repudiation of the status quo,” Stewart said during a monologue segment of his show. “An overly regulated system that is no longer responsive or delivering for the needs of the people.” “Joe and I realized its time to do something different and that starts with not only talking about Donald Trump, but also talking with him,” Brzezinski said Monday.
