Jon Gosselin closed out the summer with a low-key vacation with kids Collin and Hannah and his girlfriend, Colleen Conrad.
“I couldn’t have made it this far with out you,” he wrote via Instagram in June. “I appreciate everything you have done for me and my kids!!!
