Jon Bon Jovi has confirmed his son's engagement to Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown, and he's on board. 'I don’t know if age matters. If you find the right partner and you grow together… my advice really is growing together.'
‘When your almost-21-year-old says, “I’m getting engaged,” do you worry for them that they’re too young? Do you worry as a dad about how old or how young they are?’
Jon replied: ‘I don’t know if age matters. If you find the right partner and you grow together… my advice really is growing together. [That’s] wise. ‘I think all of my kids have found the people they think they can grow together with and we like ‘em all.’Andy also asked Jon whether he’d seen Netflix hit Stranger Things, to which he replied: ‘I’ve seen it of course.’Last month, Millie sent the internet into overdrive when she posted a loved-up snap of herself and her husband-to-be in which she wore a large ring on her engagement finger.
Confirming his son’s big news, the crooner replied: ‘Mmm, the latest one. Three of my four [kids are now engaged]’ lyrics, Millie captioned her post: ‘I’ve loved you three summers now, honey, I want ’em all.’Do you know anyone who got married when they were in their early 20s? Jake sparked dating rumours earlier that month when he posted a photo of himself and Millie sitting in the back of a car while pouting at the camera alongside the caption: ‘bff <3.’
