Included in the video is footage of Daredevil: Born Again, which features a glimpse of Bernthal’s Punisher.The Netflix Daredevil series is technically set within the same continuity as the MCU; however, the show was intentionally given a darker tone and avoided any kind of crossovers with other major MCU properties.
Since the show has ended, Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock has gradually appeared in a number of other MCU projects, including 2021’s Spider-Man: No Way Home, 2022’s She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, and 2024’s Echo. The recently released Marvel video shows Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio’s Wilson Fisk/Kingpin at one another’s throats once again.
