: Kerajaan Johor menyasarkan untuk membantu menyelesaikan sembilan projek perumahan sakit dan terbengkalai, tahun ini.
Beliau berkata dua projek perumahan terbengkalai pula ialah Taman Kulai Utama dan Taman Permata Impian di Kulai, dengan anggaran nilai RM18.37 juta. Mohd Jafni berkata kerajaan negeri komited dalam memastikan semua projek perumahan terbabit dapat dipulihkan, agar pembeli tidak terbeban selepas terpaksa menunggu lama akibat masalah teknikal dan pemaju.
Beliau berkata projek perumahan yang terbengkalai sejak lebih 10 tahun lepas itu, kini hanya membabitkan fasa terakhir di blok rumah pangsa kos sederhana rendah Blok D dan rumah pangsa kos rendah Blok E.
