JOHOR BARU, April 28 — The Malaysian United Democratic Alliance’s Puteri Wangsa representative has urged residents in Felda Ulu Tebrau here to be vigilant and take additional precautions following a recent intrusion by an unknown wild animal into their land.
“The Wildlife Protection and National Parks Department has also gone down to monitor the plantation area and will advise the residents later. “If there is a need to go, please make sure to go in pairs or in groups. The residents should also avoid making eye contact with any wild animals that they come across, as such actions are considered a threat to them,” said Amira Aisya on her Facebook post today.
Several photos of the discovery of the wild animal’s tracks and a livestock carcass have been circulating on social media today.
