“Saya sempat ‘berbisik’ dari jauh dengan menteri besar tentang premium tanah tadi untuk diskaun 80% yang nilainya RM1.6 juta. Atas baik hatinya MB, kerajaan negeri akan beri diskaun 80%,” katanya. “Projek itu di bawah KKDW, jadi apalah kiranya menteri berikan satu lagi peruntukan, jadi boleh segera pindahkan rakyat ke situ,” katanya.
