Johnny Depp's 1955 Harley Davidson motorcycle from cult classic film Cry-Baby goes up for auction with $250K opening bid
The motorcycle is currently on display at a museum in Branson, Missouri, after having gone through multiple owners over the years.
Collector's item: The motorcycle is being put up for sale through Kruse GWS Auctions, and the opening bid has been set at $250,000 The movie was centered on a Baltimore greaser, played by Depp, who subverted societal expectations by falling in love with a straight-laced young girl, portrayed by Amy Locane.
The cast was rounded out by performers such as Traci Lords, Polly Bergen, Ricki Lake and Susan Tyrrell.Cry=-Baby received positive reviews from critics upon its release, although it did not perform well at the box office.
