The former Brahmas kicker is just the latest from San Antonio's club to head to the NFL. Running back Jacques Patrick previously signed with the Denver Broncos while cornerback Luq Barcoo signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Romo spent three seasons with Virginia Tech in the NCAA, making 18 field goals on 22 attempts during his senior year in 2021 and converting all 34 of his point after tries. He also made two tackles during that season. Romo was named to the All-ACC team that season.
