From Wednesday, November 22, guests will have the opportunity to meet Santa and create amazing memories for the entire family, including your four-legged friends.
Early tickets have already been distributed to My John Lewis members with a range of locations across the country already sold out. They can be selected when booking grotto tickets online now.
Santa’s Grotto – Mission: Meet Santa Families can book in for a special ‘Mission: Meet Santa’ experience that sees children become ‘Secret Santa agents’. With the help of Santa’s elves, kids are tasked with cracking the code needed to unlock the door and meet Santa in person and if they complete the mission, they'll leave with a grotto-exclusive plush elf toy.
