John Legend will welcome Minnesota governor Tim Walz to the DNC stage Wednesday with a medley of songs by one of the state’s most iconic artists, Prince.
John Legend performs onstage at the 62nd Annual GRAMMY Awards "Let's Go Crazy" The GRAMMY Salute To Prince on January 28, 2020 in Los Angeles, California.The singer will deliver the performance in horror of the late icon before Walz takes the stage to accept his party’s vice presidential nomination. The performance will also serve as a tribute to the Gopher State, where Walz rose from high school football coach to governor.
