'Just immediate blackout, actually. Zero thoughts.'
Krasinski said that he wasn't sure what to think after being informed he was crowned this year's Sexiest Man Alive.. “Other than maybe I'm being punked. That's not how I wake up, thinking, ‘Is this the day that I'll be asked to be Sexiest Man Alive?’ And yet it was the day you guys did it. You guys have really raised the bar for me.”
The actor, 45, told the publication that while many recognize him for his roles in television and movies, he prefers his role as a husband to wife Emily Blunt, 41, and a father to their two daughters, ten-year-old Hazel and eight-year-old Violet. He told the publication that he enjoys binging Netflix documentaries and relishes in reading bedtime stories to his girls.that Blunt, his wife of 14 years, said that she was "very excited" when she learned of his crowning.
"Do we have that on camera? Because that’s like a binding contract, I think," Krasinski told the publication. "My children will love that, it won’t be weird at all.". He eventually went on to cowrite, direct and star in the 2018 thrillerwhich has cemented his position among Hollywood's top filmmakers, according to the publication.that, above all, he's appreciative for the life that he has built together with Blunt.
“It’s that beautiful thing where when you’re married to someone, you’re constantly learning and changing and evolving,” he toldWhen asked how his life would change after being crowned Sexiest Man Alive, Krasinski told, “I think it's going to make me do more household chores. After this comes out, she’ll be like, ‘All right, that means you’re going to really earn it here at home.’"
