Former Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper has announced his candidacy for the 2020 presidential election.
The 67-year-old Democrat made the announcement Monday by publishing a two-minute video titled,"Stand Tall," charting his life and career. In the video, he says he has "stood up to my fair share of bullies" and declares that Washington, D.C. needs"dreamers." His announcement follows that of Washington State Governor Jay Inslee last week.
