Daniels had alleged that she and Trump had an affair, which he denies.President Joe Biden pardoned his son, Hunter Biden, earlier this month, clearing him of federal felony charges for gun possession and tax evasion. The pardon also covered any other offenses he may have committed from 2014 to 2024. President Biden said the prosecution was unfairly driven by Hunter's family ties.
