Farnham, who was declared cancer-free last month, said in a statement on Wednesday he was “the luckiest man I know right now”.
Australian music legend John Farnham has thanked fans for their support in his first public comments since having surgery for mouth cancer a year ago.
“It’s been a year since my first surgery and to be honest I’ve lost count as to how many other procedures there’s been since then,” Farnham, now aged 74, said.
