John Deere-owned Blue River pays $85M for Silicon Valley office building - Silicon Valley Business Journal

The building, which is positioned between two of Silicon Valley's biggest office campuses, was bought by Blue River Technology Inc., a part of farm equipment giant Deere & Co.

Representatives of Toeniskoetter and Blue River did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Located at 3303 Scott Boulevard and completed in 2016, the office building has three stories of office space and a bottom-level parking garage. It was previously occupied by Seres Inc., an electric car maker owned by China's Sokon Group. Seresin 2019.

Blue River subleased the building, which sits between Santa Clara Square on the other side of Bowers Avenue and the Campus @ 3333 on the other side of Lakeside Drive, in July, Knight said. Its deal runs through the end of Seres' lease in 2029, he said. Representatives of Cushman & Wakefield, which were listed on Toeniskoetter's sale brochure, also did not respond to a request for comment.Blue River in 2017. The company, which develops computer vision technology for use by farm equipment to in precisely apply herbicides in fields, has its present headquarters at 605 W. California Ave. in Sunnyvale, according to PitchBook Data.
