. However,Jodie Foster dropped orange juice on her pants moments before hosting SNL The True Detective actress recently gave an interview at the Toronto International Film Festival. She opened up about the time she spilled orange juice on her pants, moments before hosting SNL. “My bad memory of that is that right before I went on, like maybe a half an hour before I went on, I had what was called an Orange Julius,” Jodie Foster told. She added that the citrus drink spilled on her pants, but she couldn’t change her clothes as the SNL crew told her there wasn’t time. “So, the whole , I was sticky,” she further stated. The Silence of the Lambs icon said that was the only time she hosted SNL. She couldn’t recall if she got an invitation to host again, saying, “I may have been asked, but I’ve never done it again.” Foster was also uncertain about the possibility of hosting again when asked, replying, “I don’t know. Probably not.” For her SNL monologue, Jodie Foster sported a khaki San Francisco Giants shirt, knee-high brown boots, and dark jeans. Also in the interview, the Taxi Driver star discussed the time late Beach Boys musician Brian Wilson served as musical guest. Foster said he didn’t speak to anyone on the show. “He was in his trailer, you know, he wasn’t well, particularly,” she added. Foster continued, “He came with his minder… So I didn’t ever talk to him, but I saw . I don’t even think he came to rehearsal.” The 62-year-old recalled the SNL crew putting Wilson — who was barefoot throughout his appearance — and his piano “in a sandbox.” She further recalled SNL creator Lorne Michaels telling the late music auteur he would perform “Good Vibrations” by himself. “It was just him and the piano singing ‘Good Vibrations,'” she added. “Which was kind of weird, like one person singing ‘Good Vibrations.'”Abdul Azim Naushad is an Entertainment and Pop Culture writer, who focuses on a wide range of topics spanning celebrity news and social media trends.
