Management at the Holiday Inn reported Sept. 26 that an applicant who interviewed and was turned down for a custodial position was repeatedly calling to ask why he was not hired.

Officers contacted the Cleveland man, 45, and told him he could be charged with harassing communication if he continued to call the hotel.A boy, 15, who had been trespassed from the high school property, was seen at the varsity football game Sept. 29. Officers located him on the nearby bike path and took him into custody before turning him over to his father. Due to him having previously violated the trespass notice, charges were recommended for filing in juvenile court.A pile of loose adult clothing was found in some bushes in the rear of Pizzazz Pizza Sept. 28.

The person that located the clothing was worried that it may belong to someone who was assaulted or abducted, but officers could not determine to whom it belonged or who had left it there.Officers responded to a doctor’s office Oct. 2 for a report a doctor having locked the staff out of the building by changing the locks.

They learned that the multi-provider practice was being split up with one of the doctors leaving.
