Dame Joan Collins did not hold back as she debated the current series of Strictly Come Dancing on Loose Women, branding the show's selection process 'unfair'
Dame Joan Collins called Strictly Come Dancing "not fair" over its celebrity selection and called the show's bosses reconsider their selection criteria for the lineup each year.
In the latest episode, Love Island's Tasha Ghouri topped the leaderboard with an exceptional performance to Sabrina Carpenter's Espresso and impressed the judges. Eager to draw upon Joan's passion and insight into Strictly, Ruth asked her whether seasoned dancers like Tasha should be matched with complete novices in the competition, reports Wales Online.
"Yes I do," replied the celebrated figure quickly as Ruth pressed on with her question: "So what do you think? " The star responded without delay, "I don't think people should be on who have dance experience. I think it's much more fun to watch people who are total amateurs, you know like the blind guy, he's amazing."
