JKR buat kajian atasi kesesakan di Johor Bahru BERITA Komuniti NASIONAL Isukesesakandilimajalan

JOHOR BAHRU: Kerajaan negeri akan melakukan kajian terperinci bagi menyelesaikan isu kesesakan trafik melibatkan lima laluan di sekitar bandar raya ini dalam masa terdekat.

Menurutnya, lima laluan berkenaan ialah Jalan Stulang Laut, Jalan Lingkaran Dalam, Lebuhraya Penyuraian Timur , Jalan Ibrahim Sultan dan Jalan Bukit Chagar. “Selepas itu, barulah kita akan buat tindakan susulan di kawasan ini kerana kesesakan berlaku pada waktu tertentu seperti waktu puncak, cuti hujung minggu serta musim perayaan. Tindakan awal bagi mengurangkan kesesakan adalah meletakkan anggota polis bagi melancarkan aliran trafik selain menyurai laluan tertentu,” katanya selepas meninjau keadaan trafik di Lebuhraya EDL, di sini.

Dianggarkan 100,000 kenderaan melalui lima jalan terbabit setiap hari ketika ini dan langkah menempatkan anggota polis di lokasi terbabit sejak bulan lalu sedikit sebanyak membantu mengurangkan kesesakan lalu lintas pada waktu puncak.
