More than 42% of the service’s viewership comes from audiences under 24, while metro and Tier 2 city viewers each account for nearly 40% of total watch time – a distribution the company says signals a growing appetite for premium, mobile-first storytelling that fits into everyday entertainment habits.

JioHotstar serves more than 500 million monthly average users and carries a library of over 300,000 hours of programming across 19 languages.
