Nisbet is the Dons' new no 9 but Gueye was the man that put Kilmarnock to the sword
Jimmy Thelin brought in Kevin Nisbet and then praised Pape Habib Gueye for stealing the show for on-form Aberdeen.
Thelin said: “They are human beings and you never know how sometimes opportunities arrive, but I haven't done so much. It's him, it's his journey and how he grows and how he trains and how he is competitive and a good teammate. How he helps the team and fights for the team. So, ask him. Yeah, he's good in both directions. Also how he defends on set plays is really good in the air and picking up second balls, but today it was how he scored, of course.
“We start from zero and everybody's trying to grow and give everything, so I'm really happy to have him contribute to the team.” The Swede admitted: “He's a big character. Yeah, for sure. That's no problem. He's good with good characters and how he competes.
