Jim Carrey has dropped the price of his Los Angeles estate for the third time in more than a year.
Jim Carrey's luxurious Los Angeles estate is still on the market, and the price has dropped again for the third time in more than a year. In February 2023, the Oscar-winning actor listed his 11,000-square-foot home for $28.9 million, but he reduced the price to $27 million two months later. In October, the price dropped to $24 million.
Last week, the property was listed for $21.9 million. Built in 1951, the five-bedroom, nine-bathroom home sits on two acres in the highly sought neighborhood of Brentwood, California. The ranch-style house features plenty of natural light enhanced by beamed ceilings and polished brick and hardwood floors. The master suite includes a private balcony that overlooks the lush grounds and an infrared sauna and steam room.
