JOHANNESBURG - Former NPA boss Mxolisi Nxasana has named his then deputy Nomgcobo Jiba in the campaign to remove him from the NPA.Nxasana: There has been political interference at NPA He was head of the prosecuting authority from 2013 and in 2015 he stepped down with a multimillion-rand golden handshake.

Nxasana said the fact that none of the NPA heads finished their terms of office points to political interference. He has also slammed the conduct of his then deputy Nomgcobo Jiba in the case involving former KZN Hawks Head Johan Booysen.Her lawyer Vuyani Ngalwana says his client wasn't notified that she'll be implicated by Nxasana.
