Here's how the New York Jets' search for a new coach and Gm will evolve.
We know that former Jets GM Mike Tannenbaum and former Vikings GM Rick Spielman were named to lead the team’s search for a new coach and GM. But what exactly will they be doing to help the Jets get the hire right?
“Everything is etched in oatmeal,” Spielman said, “And it will eventually evolve as you go through this process.”“I will give my opinion,” Spielman said/ I will help with the interviews, I will talk to a lot of sources out there, collect a lot of information, give the information, and then let the owner of the Jets and the organization make the final decisions on who their next coach and general manager will be.
Spielman did point out the one major difference between the Jets' situation and Washington’s situation last year.
