Michael Carter could not contain his temper.
Jets running back Michael Carter needed to be pulled away from his position coach Taylor Embree on the sideline Sunday during the second half of the Jets’ game against the Patriots.
Carter, who is third on the depth chart behind Breece Hall and Dalvin Cook, was seen yelling in the face of Embree, who walked away. Carter tried to follow Embree but teammates Xavier Gipson and Justin Hardee stepped in, as seen during the CBS television broadcast. Shortly before Carter was heated with Embree, the third-down back was bowled over by blitzing Patriots’ safety Kyle Dugger, so that play could have been at the root of the dispute.
