She explained her sudden disappearance from the podcast, stating that she had not anticipated leaving and had thought she would remain with the company indefinitely.
Walter shared that she had invested everything, both professionally and personally, into her job with Kent, but felt taken aback by the response she received when she expressed her concerns about certain situations. She described feeling heartbroken by the reaction and ultimately felt she had no choice but to leave.
