"But this is what I do to get ready for Met Ball," she continued, panning the camera over to a tub filled with water and five bags of Epsom salt lined up on the ledge. "Four, eight, twelve, sixteen, twenty pounds of Epsom salt in a bath," she said while counting them off. "Here we go, for real." Biel then advised her followers to pour the salt in "water as hot as you can take it" and "to soak for 30 minutes," adding: " drink tons of water, and off to bed early.
