Alba begins her skin prep with a hydrating shea butter and antioxidant mask, which she often wears at breakfast with her kids. “I usually terrify my two-year-old,” she says. After removing the mask with warm water, Alba slathers on a moisturizer and massages it into her skin with a series of sculpting tools. “It basically just gets the blood flowing,” she says of her vibrating quartz massager.
“It’s a great day-to-night,” she explains of her makeup look’s versatility. After swiping on a base of ivory shadow, Alba applies a brown shimmering shade to her lid. “I used to be really intimidated with doing my own eye shadow,” she says while blending her crease. “Then, I learned all you have to do is get a fluffy brush and you can buff out all your mistakes!”
