The “Modern Family” star Jesse Tyler Ferguson has sold his Spanish-style home with a distinguished celebrity pedigree.
It appears that yet another celeb handoff has happened, with Leonardo DiCaprio on the buying end of the Los Feliz, CA, home, Dirt reported.
The actor and his husband, Justin Mikita, picked up the 1920s abode in 2013 for $4.55 million. Although the couple embarked on a renovation, many of the home’s fabulous updates came prior to their ownership. Spanning 5,000 square feet, and perched among private hedges above street level, the gated four-bedroom spread includes a two-story formal entry.
