A Jersey Village man is in custody after showing up to meet a child following a sexually-charged chat.
Roberto Garcia Jr., 31, had an explicit conversation with a minor under the age of 14, according to the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office. When he was trying to ask the child to meet up, investigators say, he was actually meeting officers within Montgomery County.During the encounter, Garcia was successfully apprehended by investigators and deputies.
