Secaucus police detectives saw Gilliam going in and out of the 2019 Jeep Wrangler and they found it was stolen from New York May 6.
Brian Gilliam, 40, of Jersey City, was arrested May 11, 2024 and charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle.Acting on a tip from a shopper, Secaucus police arrested a man rummaging through a stolen SUV Saturday, Police Chief Dennis Miller said.
