There are going to be better Rookie of the Year candidates than Jeremy Sochan.
Sochan, by comparison, has played through warts and blemishes all year. He's shooting a ho-hum 45.3 percent from the field, and a much more damning 24.6 percent from three. Anyone convicted of breaking the law will face two to five years in prison and could also be sued by the minor’s parent or guardian. Opponents have promised to challenge the law in court.
