From doing philanthropic work to changing the South African radio landscape, here's a look at the impact Jeremy Mansfield had on the industry and world around him.
For all the fame Jeremy Mansfield gained through his career in the entertainment industry, he always had a desire to change the world around him.Speaking to TshisaLIVE at the time, Jeremy said his venture into the political space stemmed from his hopes of “cleaning up the problems” at the SABC and attempting to restore the rights of animals.
Jeremy made a comeback to the airwaves when he joined Hot 91.9FM in 2018, saying his return to radio was due to him being able to make more of an impact and a change. “I was looking at a career in politics when this came up. I had to think seriously about that. I'd gone through the whole selection process but I realised this is where I could make more of an impact than fighting political battles.”
