Jeremy Allen White is voicing the son of a famous 'Star Wars' villain in the upcoming movie 'The Mandalorian and Grogu'
Jeremy Allen White is traveling to a galaxy far, far away — but not in the way you might expect.
Some might think the movie will be too hot to handle with two of the Internet’s most beloved boyfriends on the screen, but the actors won’t actually share the screen. White will lend his voice to the character, which is likely a puppet, while Pascal also largely just voices his helmet-covered character while a body double is onscreen.
Aside from his name, details about White’s role as Rotta the Hutt are being kept under wraps. The character’s addition, however, does offer some potential plot details. The 2021 Disney+ series The Book of Boba Fett also saw the takedown of Jabba’s cousins, the Hutt twins, by the show’s titular bounty hunter . Given that Boba Fett and Mando have already crossed paths on their TV shows, maybe the pair will team up to take Rotta down in the film.
The comedy-drama racked up a total of five 2025 Golden Globes nominations on Monday, December 9, including Best Television Series — Musical or Comedy and acting nods for stars Ayo Edebiri, Liza Colón-Zayas and Ebon Moss-Bachrach.
