Actress and singer Jennifer Lopez raised some fans' eyebrows after posting a video promoting her own alcoholic brand, as she said that she does drink - contrary to popular belief
Jennifer Lopez has been slammed for promoting a cocktail amid husband Ben Affleck's sobriety and history of addiction issues.
Speaking to the camera, she told her followers that she was "sneaking out" to pick up the drink, as she said she "realised we don't have any" at home, and they had people coming over for the weekend.Jennifer then continued: "I'm really excited, I love holiday weekends, I love spending time with family and friends and having a little cocktail."
"A few years back, as you will see from several photos of me out over the past 10, maybe 15 years, I have been having the occasional cocktail. Jennifer's comments about drinking alcohol came as a surprise to many of her followers, given that her husband, actor Ben Affleck, 50, has publicly struggled with addiction and is now sober.
