When she’s not in sky-high platform heels, Jennifer Lopez is in sky-high platform sneakers.The superstar subtly championed the controversial shoe style on her latest outing in New York City, where she dressed like a true local in breezy all-black staples.Her sneakers of choice this time around were K-Swiss’s Classic VN Platforms in bright white. Lopez wore them with a black cropped waffle sweater and black flared leggings. To keep warm, she also layered on a black double-breasted coat.
To finish her off-duty look, the This Is Me … Now singer added her signature accessories: oversize black Dsquared2 sunglasses, huge gold hoop earrings, and a large black Hermès Birkin bag—which, as usual, she seemed to be using as a gym bag. Lopez had her hair up in a messy ponytail with wavy middle-parted bangs framing her face; she seemed to wear bronzy makeup and a glossy pink lip.J.Lo is not the only star who has been spotted re-embracing the platform and chunky sneaker as of late.
