Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck spotted checking out a sprawling $160MILLION LA mansion
The newly-engaged couple, 52 and 49, was spotted together in Los Angeles on Tuesday as they continued their search for a new home. It comes just days after the multihyphenate shared news of their second engagement in her On the JLo newsletter written to her fans. The soon-to-be husband and wife checked out a home in Holmby Hills that costs a whopping $160,000,000 - more than double the price of their last deal.
The sprawling property features 100 garage spaces, fourteen bedrooms, and 27 full bathrooms. It sits on 4.6 acres. The total square footage of the mega mansion is 56,000 and the home - built in 1990 - boasts a traditional architectural style. Amenities include a bowling alley, a plush movie theater, tennis court, hair salon, and a pool and jacuzzi combo.
