On Friday, soon-to-be- first time parents Jennifer Lawrence and her husband Cooke Maroney went house hunting in New York City, searching the East Village area with a real estate agent. Lawrence is close to the end of her pregnancy, andIn August of last year, Lawrence sold her penthouse in Manhattan for $9.9 million, which was originally listed for $15.45 million. She moved to a property in the West Village, a brand new townhouse for $22 million.
Lawrence has taken a break from acting in recent years, but she returned this year for the new Netflix film, also starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Meryl Streep. Lawrence went on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert this month.
