While speaking with MSNBC on Friday, Garner revealed that her friend died in the Palisades fire that broke out earlier this week. “I did lose a friend, and for our church, it’s really tender so I don’t feel like we should talk about it yet,” she told reporter Katy Tur, as they were surrounded by rows of burned-down homes.“I did lose a friend.
