is a transpersonal counselor, executive coach, group facilitator, meditator, poet, and former Wall Street economist. After a decade at J.P. Morgan, UBS, and Nomura, he transitioned into healing work to support people in becoming more mindful, connected, and free.
He holds degrees from Tufts and Columbia , and trained in mindfulness-based transpersonal counseling at Naropa University. He sees therapy clients through Root + Bloom in Chicago and previously practiced at Evolutionary Psychotherapy in New York, where he led a weekly men’s group . Jeff is certified in psychedelic-assisted therapy and also trained in Buddhist psychotherapy and in end-of-life doula care. His work draws from Gestalt, Internal Family Systems , somatic practices, and trauma-informed approaches grounded in the here-and-now. Jeff coaches Web3/blockchain founders and employees at Clay, a fast-growing AI/B2B SaaS company. Jeff also teaches courses on mindful approaches to money and life transitions.
