Jazz musician Gloria Bosman has died: The musician, aged 50, died on Tuesday
Award-winning jazz musician, composer and songwriter Gloria Bosman has died.
The Southern African Music Rights Organisation confirmed the news to TshisaLIVE on Tuesday. The cause of death has yet to be shared.Bosman was born in Mofolo in the heart of Johannesburg and raised in Pimville, Soweto. She boasts two South African Music Awards and more than 11 nominations, as well as two Kora nominations.which was released in the '90s, earned her the prestigious award for Best Newcomer and received nominations for Best Contemporary Jazz Album and Best Female Artist at the 2001 Samas.
